Welcome to buksnys.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Paulius Bukšnys, independent photographer and artist based in Lithuania.

2. Products

  • All artworks are fine art prints created by Paulius Bukšnys.

  • Limited edition prints are produced in strictly limited numbers. Once sold out, no additional prints will be made.

  • Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and the nature of fine art paper.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed via this website.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not store or have access to your card details.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email after payment.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped worldwide from Lithuania.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service. Estimated delivery times are 5 business days in Europe and 10 business days worldwide, but delays may occur beyond my control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • As each print is produced individually, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted except in the case of damaged or defective items.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will either replace the item (if still available) or offer a refund.

  • Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet been printed or shipped.

6. Newsletter

If you sign up for my newsletter, you will receive occasional updates and news about new works. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs and artworks on this website are the intellectual property of Paulius Bukšnys and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lithuania and the European Union.
