Shipping

Worldwide delivery – I ship from Lithuania to most countries.
Processing time – Please allow 5–10 business days for printing and packaging before dispatch.
Transit time – Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location. Customs checks may extend this in some cases.
Packaging – All prints are carefully packed in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Customs & duties – Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final – As each print is produced to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged items – If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost shipments – If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, please reach out and I will investigate with the courier.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided printing has not yet begun.
