Avventura Italiana

or “Italian Adventure” — is a visual diary from my three-month stay in Como, Italy: a chapter of calm, movement, and curiosity.

Photography, for me, is a way of slowing down. It’s how I observe, reflect, and connect with the world. During those months, I wandered through lakeside towns, mountain trails, and the lively streets of Italy — sometimes alone, sometimes with my wife — simply watching, waiting, and pressing the shutter when something felt right.

These photographs are not meant as a complete travelogue, but as fragments of a personal journey. They are quiet moments, light studies, and fleeting impressions — from Lombardy’s misty lakes to the colours of Venice, the rhythms of Rome, and the rolling edges of Tuscany.

This is just a glimpse. The full story lives in Avventura Italiana, a limited-edition zine created from this body of work.
